✅ 1. No Running Starts

You cannot take a long sprint before hitting another player.
Short steps only — safety first!

✅ 2. No Bumping from Behind

Always approach players from the front or side.
A hit from behind can catch someone off guard, so it’s not allowed.

✅ 3. No Head-First Charging

No diving or leading with your head.
Use your shoulder and bubble to make contact safely.

✅ 4. Stay in Your Bubble at All Times

Never unclip or exit your zorb while the game is still running.
Wait until the instructor tells you it’s safe.

✅ 5. Give Space to Fallen Players

If someone goes down, don’t pile on or jump on top.
Allow them a moment to stand up safely.

✅ 6. No Pushing the Bubble from the Outside

Spectators or players not in a bubble cannot push or interfere.

✅ 7. No Sharp Objects or Jewellery

Remove:

• Watches

• Rings

• Bracelets

• Necklaces

• Belt buckles

Sharp items can damage the bubble.

✅ 8. No Sliding or Tackling on the Knees

Stay on your feet.
Sliding or dropping to your knees can cause injury.

✅ 9. Play the Whistle

Only bump when the game is live.
Stop immediately when the instructor blows the whistle.

✅ 10. Respect the Instructor

The coordinator is there for your safety and enjoyment.
Always follow their instructions — especially during competitive moments!

⚽ Gameplay Rules (Simple & Fun)

Kick-off

The ball is placed in the centre. Both teams start from their goal line.

Scoring

Same rules as normal football — get the ball in the net!
But… staying upright is half the challenge.

Out of Bounds

If the ball goes out, the instructor restarts play.

Substitutions

Allowed anytime — Bubble Soccer is a workout!
We rotate players regularly.

Match Duration

Games are usually played in:

• 5–8 minute rounds

• Multiple matches

• With breaks in between

This keeps it fun, fast and full of energy.
